Our Story

American National Skyline, Inc. was founded in 1970 by Bob Hubeny as AAA Services, Inc. Bob believed that window washing was integral part of building maintenance, but believed even more in the concept that he could provide his clients with the quality service they deserved without sacrificing safety, business morals, and the spirit of the Blue Collar American worker. So, that is exactly what he set out to do. Fast forward almost half of a century later, and Bob’s vision has become the company that thousands of property owners and managers have come to lean on today for their building service needs. American National Skyline, Inc. is proud to say that today we set the benchmark in our industry for quality and safety. To this day, American National Skyline, Inc. still looks for ways to constantly improve and deliver the best customer service possible.

Today, our company is led by Steve Sullivan and Lee Crepeau. Together they travel from division to division hosting meetings, conducting training seminars, and meeting each employee from the highest levels of management to the newest window cleaners to promote Bob’s original vision. Steve and Lee remain committed to providing our customers with an outstanding experience, creating jobs and to contributing to society through philanthropy and goodwill.

Lee Crepeau

Lee Crepeau

CAO

Lee started as an administrative assistant, moving her way up  to office manager, then to co-owner and CAO.  In 1995, Lee assisted in creating the logo and changing the company name to American National Skyline Industries, Inc. as well as facilitated the implementation of the comprehensive Safety Training Certification & Classification Program.  Since 2014, Lee maintains WBENC certification for ANSI.  Lee is of the belief of intentional growth (you need to learn something new every day in order to make today better than yesterday) and that it takes a team to build greatness.  Lee admires and appreciates each member on the ANSI team, which includes customers and employees. While her current drive is to make processes faster, easier and more accurate, Lee’s number one concern is that everyone lays down each night better than they were when they awoke that morning.
