The crew and crew leader are professional, polite, and do their due diligence with every aspect of the job. They set their control lines, use care when setting up their rigging, and are very aware of their surroundings and what’s below. They do a nice job of being light in their equipment, especially when they are working the vertical surfaces. They aren’t stressing themselves, the rigging, or the vertical surfaces they are working with.
Flat out, they care, and they are great people!
